Reclaim Joy and Connection
Compassionate therapy in Arvada and throughout Colorado for couples, pregnancy & postpartum, anxiety, and body image. Together, we'll understand what's beneath the surface so lasting change becomes possible.
Welcome.
Maybe you've been carrying something for a while and have finally reached the point where you don't want to keep figuring it out on your own. Maybe you're feeling disconnected from your partner, overwhelmed by the transition into parenthood, anxious all the time, or struggling to feel comfortable in your body or around food. Or maybe you can't quite put your finger on what's wrong—you just know that something doesn't feel right, and you want things to feel different.
Reaching out to a therapist can feel vulnerable. You may be wondering whether I'll really understand what you're going through, whether you'll feel comfortable talking to me, or whether therapy will actually help. It can be hard to imagine opening up about the parts of your life that feel messy, painful, or confusing to someone you've never met before.
I want therapy to be a place where you don't have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. You can come as you are, and we can get curious together about what's happening and what you need. I believe most people make more sense than they think they do. When we understand the emotions, experiences, and relationships beneath our struggles, change often becomes possible in ways that self-criticism never could.
Whether you're hoping to reconnect with your partner, adjust to life after having a baby, quiet the anxiety that's making it difficult to enjoy your life, or develop a more peaceful relationship with your body and food, you don't have to navigate it alone. My approach is warm, compassionate, relational, and grounded in the belief that you deserve to feel understood rather than judged.
Starting therapy is a leap of faith. My hope is that when you take that first step, you'll find an inviting and supportive place to land.

Get to know Esther!
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. You may be wondering whether we'll be a good fit, whether you'll know what to say, or whether therapy will actually help.
That's why I offer a free 15-minute consultation.
We'll talk about what's bringing you in, answer any questions you have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit. If it does, we'll talk about next steps. If it doesn't, that's okay too.
